What is the TKI Questionnaire?
The TKI is a self-knowledge tool in the form of a questionnaire that aims to help you understand, evaluate and improve your behavior in the face of conflict and also to understand and manage them more effectively within your team.
It is based on the Robert Blake and Jane Mouton’s managerial grid model. This model identifies 5 situational leadership styles that combine different degrees of concern for task accomplishment and people. The TKI adapts these 5 leadership styles to 5 conflict management styles.

We recommend that you don’t do research into this tool beyond the information provided here, with the sole objective that, should you decide to take the TKI, your answers are not biased or influenced by what you may have read in more or less reliable sources.

Answering the questionnaire
When you confirm you want to complete the questionnaire, an e-mail will be sent with a link to it.
The TKI includes 30 questions, where you’ll choose from 2 statements the one that best describes your behavior in the indicated situation.
It is important to note that there are no right or wrong answers since it does not measure skills or abilities. As far as possible, we recommend you answer the questionnaire following what first comes to your mind. Answering this questionnaire will take between 10 and 15 minutes.
Self-assessment and obtaining your TKI results
In the first part of the feedback session, a self-assessment of your conflict behavior is completed. In this self-assessment, each of the model’s 5 styles are described in depth, with examples of different behaviors according to each style and using multiple open-ended questions to explore each of them.
In the second part of the session, you’ll see your score for each of the styles exploring each and comparing them to the predictions we made.
Analysis of your development opportunities, guidance to your goal and delivery of your personalized report
Finally, the different characteristics and options for improvement for both your preferred conflict management style and the other four will be reviewed and analyzed.
In the event that the TKI is part of a Coaching Program with an established objective, the questionnaire’s result will be focused on that goal.
Finally, a personalized report with all the information about your TKI scores will be handed out to you.

The price is totally fixed, but the final number of sessions and their duration is approximate and will depend on your specific case, your situation, your availability, the difficulty to find the type that best suits you, and your interest in the tool’s construction, development and feasibility.
